I am a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine.  We assess your current physical abilites and weaknesses, the start from where you're at with realistic, flexible plans that don't require a gym membership or hours devoted to exercise.  Adding healthy movement and activity only works if you enjoy it.  We'll work together to find an activity plan that suits your life and moves you toward better physical fitness without injury or stress

Getting quality, restorative sleep is so important to stress management, brain health, and your body's ability to regenerate, restore and hold on to (and build) precious muscle as we get older.  There are many nutritional, supplement, and lifestyle changes to improve your quality of sleep.  You'll experience differences you can feel and objectively measure.  This is even more important for women, as hormone changes in your 40's and early 50's make restorative sleep an even bigger priority.

This approach takes time, but that's why it gets results.  I work with less than 10 clients at a time because it takes time and dedication to keep you moving forward in a way that is meaningful and motivation for you.  What you learn will benefit you for life.  I also spend at least 20 hours a week staying current on the science of health.
